On Saturday at Gulfstream Park, the stakes action kicks off with the $200,000 Swale Stakes. The Grade 2 race, carded at seven-furlongs, was rescheduled after torrential rain forced the track to cancel racing on February 28. 
The Grade 3 Rachel Alexandra – one of six stakes races on the February 22 card at Fair Grounds – has attracted a field of ten three year-old fillies to contest the 1 1/16 mile event on the main track. 
On Saturday, Gulfstream Park will host the 31st running of the $200,000 Davona Dale Stakes. The Grade 2 race, scheduled to be run at one mile on the main track, has drawn a full field of fourteen three-year-old fillies. 
On Monday at Aqueduct, the featured race is the $100,000 Evening Attire Stakes, named after the popular New York campaigner. The race will be contested at a mile and a sixteenth and has drawn a field of seven colts and geldings. 
The Grade 2 $200,000 Santa Maria is the eighth and featured race February 14 at Santa Anita with an intriguing field of ten set to go the mile and one sixteenth distance on the main track.
The $150,000 Grade 3 Suwannee River starts an all-stakes late pick four February 6 at Gulfstream Park as a field of 13 is set to contest the mile and an eighth turf event. 
On Saturday, Santa Anita will host the 77th edition of the $150,000 Robert B. Lewis Stakes. The Grade 3 race will be run at a mile and a sixteenth and has drawn a field of six Triple Crown hopefuls. 
On Saturday at Tampa Bay Downs, the featured race is the $250,000 Sam F. Davis, a key prep race for the Grade 2 Tampa Bay Derby. The Grade 3 race will be contested at a mile and a sixteenth on the main track and has drawn a full field of twelve colts and geldings. 
On Saturday, Santa Anita will host the 2nd running of the $250,000 California Cup Derby. Restricted to three-year-olds either bred in California or sired by California-based stallions, the mile and a sixteenth contest has drawn a field of eight.
