Danish Dynaformer has been tabbed as the morning line favorite at odds of 5-2 for trainer Roger Attfield. A bay son of Dynaformer bred and owned by Charles Fipke, he has won three of his eight starts and the versatile colt has won on both synthetics and turf. He is trying to rebound after finishing sixth in the Prince of Wales Stakes and was second in the prestigious Queen’s Plate. Patrick Husbands will be aboard and they are scheduled to break from post position five.
Breaking Lucky trying for second straight score
Second choice at 3-1 on the morning line is Breaking Lucky for trainer Reade Baker. A chestnut son of champion Lookin at Lucky, he has won two of his six starts and is coming off of an upset victory in the Prince of Wales Stakes. He will have jockey James McAleney aboard and they will break from post position eight as he tries to earn his second straight stakes victory.
