Imposing Grace has been tabbed as the morning line favorite at odds of 5-2 for trainer Lars Becdelamotte. A six-year-old daughter of Empire Maker, she has won five of her twenty starts and was a graded stakes winner as a four-year-old. She has one win from three starts this year and was last seen finishing third in the Alachua Handicap. Manoel Cruz will be in the irons and they are scheduled to break from post position five.
Best Behavior trying for first win of the year
Second choice at 3-1 on the morning line is Best Behavior for trainer Martin Wolfson. A five-year-old daughter of Into Mischief, she has been on the board in twenty of her starts and is a seven time career winner. Winless from five starts this year, she has been on the board in her last two starts against minor stakes competition. Edgard Zayas will be aboard and they will break from post position two as she tries to earn the second stakes win of her career.
Phaniebdancing shooting for first stakes win
Also in the field at 7-2 on the morning line is another Martin Wolfson-trainee, Phaniebdancing. A four-year-old daughter of Congrats, the dark bay filly has won four of her seventeen starts and will be trying to earn the first stakes victory of her career. She is coming out of a runner-up finish in the Alachua Handicap where she was ahead of Imposing Grace. Harry Hernandez will be aboard and they will break from the rail.
